This is one of our favorite places in New Mexico that we affectionately call The Little Bisti’hi. This place cannot be found on maps or tourist brochures. We found it by exploring the grounds.
The beautiful lavender sky enhanced the colorful sagebrush field.
We climbed the hoodoos to take some photos of this unearthly landscape.
We traveled to this place on many occasions throughout the years to observe the ever changing landscape of sandstone erosion, petrified wood, and the desert wildlife.
